These are the terms for using 2pods.net. By using the site, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and readable.
The service
2pods.net is a free podcast recommendation service. We don't host podcasts ourselves — we link to them on public platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.). Podcast metadata comes from the public Podcast Index and from podcast RSS feeds.
What you may not do
- Scrape our recommendations en masse for commercial purposes.
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload our infrastructure.
- Submit fake email addresses or other people's emails to the newsletter.
- Use the site to facilitate harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
Recommendations are opinions
Our recommendations come from an AI model trained on podcast metadata. We think they're good, but they're opinions, not guarantees of quality. We don't endorse the views expressed in any podcast we link to, and we're not responsible for the content of third-party podcasts.
Trademarks
Podcast titles, host names, and cover artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on 2pods.net is editorial — describing and linking to publicly available content. If you're a rights holder and want a specific listing changed or removed, email info@2pods.net.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on the site (e.g. to streaming subscriptions, audiobook services) are affiliate links — we may earn a small commission when you sign up. These are always marked as (affiliate). They help cover hosting costs and don't influence which podcasts we recommend.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any specific podcast will remain available. We can't be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
